I started out in bodybuilding, chasing muscle growth and the perfect physique. While I achieved great results, I eventually realised that the lifestyle wasn’t sustainable.
The extreme dieting, constant pressure to look a certain way, and all-or-nothing mindset took a toll on both my body and mind. That was the turning point. I shifted my focus from chasing perfection to building balance, a way of training and living that supports long-term health, strength, and confidence.
And that’s how Renu was born, a transformation programme for men and women over 30 who want to take back control of their health without extreme diets or endless hours in the gym.
